Rhys Lawson is a serial entrepreneur and tech industry mentor, with more than half a decade of experience building technology-related businesses from the ground up. Founding his first business, VicFix Phone Repair, in 2016, while beginning his degree in Computer Science at the University of Victoria, with an interest in Business and Entrepreneurship, by 2019, Rhys was ready to pivot into the world of software, launching Reach Social Growth, a web-based platform to help brands understand how their communities operate on social media through an innovative analytics and AI model. A graduate of the League of Innovators Accelerator program, Rhys’ most recent project, Bidddy, builds on his extensive experience in the social media space, enabling businesses to run comment driven auctions directly on social media to help significantly shorten the path between product discovery and purchasing.
